Mobile & Convenience Fee

Minimum fee is $30. Higher rate based on distance & travel time.
Notarizations
$10
Fee set by Florida — $10 per stamp.
Marriages / Wedding Ceremonies
$125+
Ceremonies can take place at any location. Additional fees may apply based on location.
Witness Fee
$30–$50
Many documents require witnesses. If needed, we can provide one or two so you don’t have to worry.
Loan Signings
$150+
Sales, purchases, refinances, reverse mortgages, HELOC, deeds, and more.
